Nash Forward collects only the information you choose to submit when making a specific business-service or website inquiry: your name, email address, business name when relevant, and the message you enter.

This is an inquiry-only informational surface. Any paid engagement separately identifies the actual contracting party and the privacy terms that apply to that engagement.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to review and respond to your specific request, administer work you separately choose to authorize, maintain necessary business records, prevent abuse, and improve the reliability of these services. It is not sold, published, or added to an unrelated marketing list.

Hosting and service providers

This website and its submission database are hosted through Cloudflare-managed infrastructure. Email providers may process messages when you contact us or receive an individual response. Providers receive only the information needed to perform those services.

Site measurement and technical logs

Nash Forward does not use advertising trackers on this site. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical information, such as request timing, approximate network location, device or browser details, and security signals, to deliver and protect the site.

Knowledge Center comments

When comments are enabled, Nash Forward receives the display name and comment you deliberately submit. An email address is optional, kept private, and used only if moderation needs clarification. Reply notifications and marketing enrollment are not active. Every submission remains pending until reviewed.

Public content is stored separately from private contact and short-lived hashed abuse metadata. Pending and rejected comments are retained for no more than 90 days; removed comments for no more than 30 days; optional private email for no more than 90 days; coarse hashed abuse metadata for no more than 7 days; and non-content moderation audit records for no more than 24 months. Approved comments remain public until removed. Email hello@nashforward.com to request export, correction, or deletion.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the request, administer a pilot, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing hello@nashforward.com. We will acknowledge a verified request within five business days.

Your choices

Contact is optional. You may ask for direct follow-up to stop at any time. Do not submit financial account numbers, government identifiers, medical records, passwords, payment card details, or other highly sensitive information through these forms.

Children

This business website is not directed to children under 13, and Nash Forward does not knowingly collect their personal information through these forms.

Changes to this policy

Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Privacy questions may be sent to hello@nashforward.com.
