Nash Forward collects only the information you choose to submit when requesting a demonstration, workflow fit call, or Nash Meals tester invitation: your name, email address, business name when relevant, and the message you enter.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to review and respond to your specific request, administer a pilot you choose to join, maintain necessary business records, prevent abuse, and improve the reliability of these services. It is not sold, published, or added to an unrelated marketing list.

Hosting and service providers

This website and its submission database are hosted through Cloudflare-managed infrastructure. Email providers may process messages when you contact us or receive an individual response. Providers receive only the information needed to perform those services.

Site measurement and technical logs

Nash Forward does not use advertising trackers on this site. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical information, such as request timing, approximate network location, device or browser details, and security signals, to deliver and protect the site.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the request, administer a pilot, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing hello@nashforward.com. We will acknowledge a verified request within five business days.

Your choices

Participation is optional. You may decline an invitation or ask for direct follow-up to stop at any time. Do not submit financial account numbers, government identifiers, medical records, passwords, payment card details, or other highly sensitive information through these forms.

Children

This business website is not directed to children under 13, and Nash Forward does not knowingly collect their personal information through these forms.

Changes to this policy

Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Privacy questions may be sent to hello@nashforward.com.
