These terms govern use of the Nash Forward website, public demonstrations, and inquiry forms. They do not replace a signed proposal, pilot agreement, or other service-specific contract. This is an inquiry-only informational surface; any paid engagement separately identifies the actual contracting party.

Informational demonstrations

Website content and demonstrations describe possible workflows using fictional or simplified examples. They are provided for evaluation and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, emergency, or safety advice.

No automatic purchase or engagement

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity, guarantee selection, authorize work, or require payment. A paid engagement begins only after scope, responsibilities, pricing, and approval are documented separately.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use automated means to overwhelm its forms or services.

Article comments

Comments must be relevant and respectful and remain pending until reviewed. Do not submit harassment, impersonation, spam, illegal content, scripts, malicious links, individualized financial claims, credentials, or private customer, employee, account, or workbook data. Nash Forward may approve, reject, redact, reply to, or remove comments. An approved comment does not mean Nash Forward verified the commenter’s identity, business use, or claim.

Original materials

Original site materials are protected. You may evaluate the public site for ordinary business purposes, but may not copy or resell its materials as your own.

Availability and warranties

The public site is provided on an “as available” basis. Reasonable care is taken to keep it accurate and available, but uninterrupted operation, error-free output, and fitness for a particular purpose are not guaranteed.
